About Shipping Status/Tracking#
      After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
      Since we use different carriers for the first part and the second part, the tracking # is used to ship the second part (fulfillment center to your home). It may not be trackable within a few days or just show "PRE-SHIPMENT", but rest assured that your order is under control. If you want to know the exact status of the shipment of the first part, we can check it for you by email.
      The website cannot be responsible for shipping times, so don't offer a refund just because an order came later than expected.
      The website is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, you must contact the Postal Service directly.
