      Please let us know if you have any complaints or comments by email. We will then take any necessary actions to review your complaint and respond accordingly.
PRIVACY POLICY
      When logging in as a new costumer, some personal information has to be given. Your privacy will be respected and only the required information to process the shipment of your order is needed. No information will be shared with a third party.
TRADE DESCRIPTION
      We have made every effort to ensure photography, description and details are correct and accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur and manufacturers’ specifications may change slightly after going to press. Please note all measurements are approximate.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
      In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part-ship and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/ items or the option of having the item charged to you and then sent on when it comes into stock if this can be possible within a reasonable amount of time.
FORCE MAJEURE
      We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
